Lyndon USD 421 is accepting applications for a full-time Daytime General Custodial/Maintenance Worker. Typical hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility based on district needs and events. We are seeking a dependable, hard-working individual who takes initiative, works well independently, and is willing to learn and grow as part of our team.

This full-time position includes paid health insurance, vacation, paid holidays, and fourteen days of chargeable leave. Position will remain open until filled.

Current responsibilities include cleaning and upkeep of the Collaborative Learning Center (CLC) following lunch service, including restrooms, STEM classroom, kitchen areas, vacuuming in assigned elementary areas, trash removal, light maintenance, and event setup/take down. Duties also include maintaining outdoor areas for activities and events, with mowing and weed-eating responsibilities during summer months.
